演讲人简历:
Booyeon Lee Allen is a foreign service officer with the U.S. Department of State, currently serving as a visa officer at the U.S. Consulate in Guangzhou. She specializes in student visas. Before joining the service, Ms. Allen was a print journalist at the San Diego Union-Tribune, International Herald Tribune/Asahi Shimbun in Tokyo, and Time Inc. in New York City. In addition to English, Ms. Allen also speaks Korean, Japanese and Mandarin.
N. Rashad Jones joined the Foreign Service in July 2008. He is currently a consular officer serving in Guangzhou, China. Prior to the Foreign Service, he served as an intern at the US Embassy Phnom Penh in Cambodia during the summer of 2007. While he claims Atlanta, Georgia as his hometown, Rashad has also studied and lived in France, Morocco, and Japan.
